CSXT Retiree - RACF ID
STEPS
  • Navigate to http://www.csx.com/
  • Mouse over "Working at CSX" on the right side at the top of the page
  • Scroll down to and click on "Retirees"
  • Click on "Request User ID and Password for Gateway access"
  • Submit the requested information (Name, Employee ID and email address)
  • You will receive a response at your e-mail address.
  • Allow 2 business days for processing.
